my question is that i get black heads around my nose and face, or baad main yeh black heads spots bun jathain. can doctars and member guide to get rid of black heads and spots.

Blackheads

Aik half cut freeze tomato lain or nose par rub karain daily 15 or 20 mints.blackheads ghayeb ho jyengay. . 4,5 din pehle Zubaida Tariq b tv par yehi bata rhi thi.

Re: How To Remove Black Heads

In order to remove the black head from nose and face you may visit to a beauty parlour, where facial can remove these heads. You may need to have 2-3 facials for this purpose.

In other way round if you can't to there you may do it at your home as well.

1. First wash your face thoroughly

2. Take a big bowel that can fit on your face. put hot water in it and apply the steam to your face and nose by bringing your face near to that water and cover your head with towel.

3. After steaming, see your face in the mirror, your pores would become large enough, now scratch out the black heads gently by some instruments especially designed for that purpose. You may get these instruments in the market.

4. Use Apricot Scrub or any other scrub there after

5. Take acne medications as well

6. Do the above process twice weekly

Tomatto ko Mash kar k uska paist nose par aur pore face par apply karein 20 mints tak... us k bad nose ko thora rub karein apni fingertip ki madad se and wash with cold water.... isey har 3 din bad karein raat sone se pehle .... INSHALLAH jald hi problem solve hojayegi baazar mein kafi tarha k scrubs bhi is problem ko door kar sakte hein ...

Black heads

Doc k k reply about steam therapy is nice and yes it be done after 2 week or so of this steam therapy once old black head are gone new comes as pore are open and even dust accumulate for that make ur habit once u wash ur face like after wazo even soak one corner of towel with warm tap water and bit hardly rub ur nose and area where black head appear if u do it like 5times a day they would never re appear and u wont need anything else ..
