 High Blood Pressure (Pregnancy Induced Hypertension) And Constipation In Pregnancy: What Is The Solution?
Pregrancy mein High Blood Pressure oar shadeed constipation "qabz" ho tou iss ka kia hal hai jab keh patient ki age bhee 28 year ho..... Koun si ghaza say affada hoga ....? If during pregnancy High Blood Pressure or severe Constipation happens then what would be its solution. The age of the patient is 28 years.

Blood pressure and cönstipation in pregnancy.. Cönstipation ke leye isapghol ka chilka 1tablespoon 1glass water mai 3times a day preferably before each meal luke warm milk mai raat ko soney se pehley half tea spoön honey salad leaves,green leafy vegie, cabbage, onion zada use karain møoli and cauliflower(phool gobi) avoid.. koi b meal k baad foran nai laitna ya sona must ha half hour activity, raat ko 2hr baad laitain bløod pressure .. apne nai btaya konsa mönth ha kitna b.p ha... 4th se 6th month mai waisey b kum hota he.. Agar unka 130/85 se zada he tou bilkul acha nahe agar kum ha bt 120/80 tak tou marjin pe ha.. ab depend karta hey agar itna zada hey salt bilkul bund karwa daitey hain.. Kam tou zaror karain salt zada oily nai khana light walk min 30min banana use karain must go to a doctor medicine daitey hain.. B.p pregnancy mai zada nai hona chaheye bilkul.. Unka urine ka protein test karwain |

spanich and pears for constipation
palak khaein....aur bht saari nashpatyaan daily...constipation khtm ho jae gi..
and take laxatives
blood pressure control k liay salt kam lein aur masala daar chezon se perhaiz krein...fruits khaein ....better for both constipation n high bp

Third Month b.p 130/85-90 and its second child...she is using pulse medicine by a doctor its effective but read the informative material with theses tablet they said pregrant women dont use it. baaz oqat shahid b.p say hee kabhi kabhi chehray oar gardan pay sojan bhee hojati hai

Reply.. Oho pregnancy mai koi medi doctor k kahey bagair nai laini .. Ab ye laxative hargiz khud choose nai karna.. ap mujhe b.p ke goli ka salt batain ya trade name he kuch nai hota.. B.p ke aisi goli hain jo preg mai safe hain aur aisa koi doc nai karey ge k unsafe dai g unko jo ye sojan hoti ha nt good.. Urine mai protein check karwaya? Wo aya zada tou prob ha ap ache gynae doc k jain b.p zada hey aur last month n labour mai masla ho sakta hey .. Dnt take light, medi se control karain plus i sugges total salt restriction kunke issey nuqsan koi nai faida ha |

Water sister no doubt iss say mrs ka blood pressure bhee theek hojata hai oar tabihat bhee halki pholki hojati hai magar app say pochna yea hai keh kia iss ko pregrancy mein use ker saktay ..mein nay app ko batea hain keh oan ka yea 4th month start hora hai.

Laikin iske most side effect minimum hotey han .. Ye un drugs mai se ha jub jaisa doctor kehte ha k dee jain k drug k Benefit Outweigh karain risk ko matlab mother ko isi salt ke zarorat ho yehe best ho yehe effective ho aur risk min n worth taking hoye first choice kabee bee Nahe ha.. agar ap apne doc se mutmain hain tou sort of theek ha warna mery khayal mai ap aik aur doc se mashwara karain . ye atenolol doc ke pehli choice nai hoti preg mai haan pt ke aisi he condition ho like sath dil ke darkhan ka masla tou yehe daitey han(ye tou pt ko general asses kar k he comment kar sakte hain) aur baby ka minor risk lai laitey han phr theek ha.. Mrs ko dill ka bhee minor maslah hai dill ki dharkan kabhi bohat taiz hojati hai..check up par normal hoti hain agar taiz chalain tou dill ki dharkan oar saans taiz hojati hai.Mrs ko Gas ki bhee problem hoti hai...jiss mein jism mein gas jaisay bhar jati hai, jism bhari sa hojata hai magar iss medicine say bohat gas kharij hoti hai oar jism halka polka hojata hai.
Hum nay iss kay alternative madicine "Aldomade" use ki hai magar woo itni effective nahee....

PIH G aldomet hey drug of choice ha alpha methyldopa iska salt ha preg mai.MAGAR jaisa mai bta chuke k dil ka prob ho jo jaise apne kaha mrs ko ha tou phir yehe daitey hain atenolol mostly ye tenormin k name se daikhe ha maine bt yep Pulse b yehe ha so ye tou clear huwa apke mrs ko heart beat taiz bhe ha so doctor ne ye choose ke ha dnt worry its okey..
