I Sweat Excessively when Tense or in Anticipation

Main ap sab se 1 bat pochna chata ho , kkhas toor per aisay banday ya bandi se jis ke sath yh prob hae ya khabhi hue thy ,

bat yh hae ke mujay hataylii or pahoon mian pasiina buhat ata hae , zada ter pasina us waqt ata hae jab mera koi test honay wala ho  , koi interview ho , ya achanak koi phone ajyah jis se main baat nae kerna chata ho , pasina itna hota hae kay ager mian usko jama kro to 1 khoot pani ka ban jayh.

plz koi elag batyn , jis se mere yh prob solve ho , main bina romall ke kuch nae ker sekta , har bat hath wet rehtay hain or pahoon main shoes nae phen sekta
