lekin full stomach k saath bhi exercise /walk nahi karna chahiyeh... behter yehi ka subah oTh kar walk say qabal aik adh apple or juices pee kar walk karaiN
ahaam baat yeh hai k walk/exercise karaiN zaroor....... yeh nah ho k... chouNkay khali paiT nahi karna chhaiyeh lehaza break fast say qabal to kar nahi saktay... aur bharay paiT k sath bhi nahi karna chhaiyeh lezaha after break fast bhi nahi karsaktay.... break fast k kuch dair baad jab exercise ka ideal waqt start hota hai to woh job shob ka waqt start hojata hai... phir shaam ko waqt nahi miltaa... etc............ agar ideal time nahi milta walk karnay ko to paiT khaah bhara ho yaa khali... walk zaroor karaiN |
