Meri umar 50 years ha. ach say 45 to 50 days pahlay mere full erection ho ta tah aur stiffness bhee bahut hotee tee. Laikan ap erection phee theak sa nahee hota ha aur intercourse ma bhee ander jata hee erection khatum ho jata haa. Yahan ye bhee bata doon ka kuch arsay pahlay raat ko while sleeping ejulate ho nay laga thaa tu maa na thumb ur finger ka darmian penis ko dapa liya thaa so that ejulation stop ho jaay. foulplay bhee karta haan. erection ur stiffness pahlay jaysee ho jaay Is ka kiya solution haa.

Dear Sir,

My age is 50 and since 45 to 50 days I don’t have full erection of my penis. Before that I don’t have this problem. At that time penis got full erection with proper stiffness. During intercourse it loses stiffness. Few days back while sleeping I was about to be discharged at night fall. At that time I have pressed my penis with my index finger and thumb tightly in order to avoid ejaculation. I use to do fore play even but this problem does not resolve. Kindly let me know its solution. Thanks.

eat Fish, Fish, Fish,milk, meat..  have some excercise...  Garam chezen khane main shamil karen... Excercise is as necessary as food specially in your age... penis erection is all about blood circulation of you body...  tali howi ghee wale chezon se perhaz karo... chiknai bhut kam kardo.... Inshallah you would be fine... Fish ziada khao... aur vitamin E ki tablets ya phir food main Vitamin E ziada ho....  result zaroor btana in sab batoon per amal karne ke baad..

Most of the time the erection problem is psycological. It does not matter that you have with held ejaculation in the night. This problem will resolve soon. Thing which is required is that you should keep your self relaxed and calm while intercourse.
