ASA doctor i m 28 years. I have been masturbating (doing hand practice) for last 16years in the beginning i was use to take 3to4 minutes but now it is only a one minute hardly .do u think i have Early discharge symptoms and premature ejaculation. In ever have gone for ZENA  do u think it is only my thinking or i m really sick. i m expecting my marriage this year should i go to the doctor OR after mariage every thing will be normal.if ihave this problem should i go 4 marriage or should postpond till i cure.

Premature Ejaculation (Early Discharge) could not be judged based on masturbation or hand practice. This is the terminology used for mutual sexual satisfaction and intercourse. Premature Ejaculation is a condition in that a person (husband) would be unable to sustain the discharge of semen up till the sexual satisfaction of woman (wife). In addition, there is a lot of difference In the mechanics of Semen discharge during masturbation (hand practice) and intercourse during sexual activity. Therefore, a person should not consider himself that he is suffering from premature ejaculation or early discharge if he does have early ejaculation at masturbation or hand practice.
