aa,i m maaried,30 yrs old,i have 2 kids.i had reular periods but after using ring ,my periods are delayed,i have periods after 50 or 45 days.but i feel the same pain in my right thigh as i felt earlier,why my periods are delayed?does the ring suit me?ans plz

Reply .. Prolonged menstrual cycle (Oligomenorrhea) is it due to vaginal ring?

It may be or may not be due to vaginal ring usage ... 1) after how much time the doctor asked you to remove your ring? And did u remove it and then menses did not come? .. After 25-28days ring is to be removed to cause menses do u do this? 2) new ring is to be put after 3months .. For how long are you using the same? .. 3) u r advised to go to a gynae doc for vaginal exam and if required other hormonal test .. 4) rings are wth hormones they may nt be suiting u or itself the ring material may cause internal infection in females who are allergic to it and utreus lining be affected .. 5) the ring may not have any role in menses problem other like ovaries may be nt that fit .. Go to a gynae doc for necessary exam and investigatnz

Brother how am i a medical student supposed to know and tell other about a porn thing hehehehe.. Its a contraceptive method , a ring shape rubber made device is placed high up in the vagina and has progesteron hormone applied to it some have both females hormones estrogen n progesteron .. U see its like pills or injection but route is different and hormone absorbed slowly so v.less side effects... plus are to be changed to new at 3months..ok .. Failure rate is less bt if female is prone to rubber allergy or urinary infections.. must not use.... A good vaginal hygyiene be maintained
