I am a mother of 1month old baby. mera problem yeh hay ke main to apne son ko feed karwana chahti hoon but mere breasts main milk nahi ata hay jis ki wajah se mera beta bhooka rehta hay aur bohot rota hay, kiya aap mujhe koi formula milk bata sakte hain jo health ke liye acha ho. my question is specially to khan_80.

I want to do breast feeding to my baby boy but I dont get milk in the breast and therefore my baby remains hungry. Kindly let me know its solution. Thanks.

the same problems was experienced with my wife
but one of her friend told her
to take a milk shake ( with apple, milk and almond 15 pieces)
two glass on daily basis

it really cure my wife milk problem
and after using one week
she found abundance in milk

so try this

re: breast feeding

Follow these tips:

drink 1 glass of water before feeding the baby.
do hot fomentation of both breasts with towel dipped in warm water before feeding.
drink 1 glass of milk daily.
use green vegetables and fruits in ur diet.
always wash ur hands and clean ur breasts before feeding the baby.
when u feed the baby, the position should be: baby's head at ur elbow, place a pillow below ur knee and sit comfortably on chair or bed.
the head of baby should be at 45 degrees.
attachment should be such that full nipple and most of the darker skin around it should go inside baby's mouth.
baby's nose should not be blocked.
every time, feed the baby for 10-15 minutes from each side.
give feed after every 2 hours or on demand.

Breast milk increases by sucking by the baby. and it is a blessing of ALLAH for the baby as well as for the health of mother. There is no comparision of breast milk with any other food.

Don't give formula milk to ur baby, try for breast feeding and follow the tips told to u. Ur baby's health is in ur own hands now.

one of the biggest mistake is not to feed baby when u feel that theres no milk for baby ...do u know how milk comes in breast talk to ur doctor in short milk will come in when ur baby will feed on them or suck on them ....more ur baby will feed more milk would be there for him thats a nature rule for babies thats how they got their food dont let him cry just u feel theres no milk let him feed..once u start giving him formula milk gradually ur baby woulg be used to bottle and would not feed on breast finally milk would not come in breast and after few weeks u will find nothing for baby

i am agree with you bebo but what happen when mother try a lot but still in vain than what. in such a conditon there is no option ,what should do in this condition
