Absence of Night Fall

I am of 26 years old. Since begining , I have no "Ahtilam". Only two times upto now, I got "Ahtilam". Once at night and once in the morning in Ramzan after having taken the breakfast (Sahar). I had contacted with a quack and he told me that it does not matter. It depends on your mind. If you have no dirty ideas, you will not face "Ahtilam". I have no dirty mind nor i have enough time to think unuseful thingings. Please give your comments? Thanks in anticipation.
