Why I Fell Pain In Testis and Flatulance At The Same Time?

    i find this forum a very active and a nice one too.
my age is 24. and i m finding the pain in my right testis and also right upper part of belly. this pain started almost six months ago when i found my upper right part of belly red and finding a little pain in it and every time i get up in the morning. at the same time i have been experiecing flatulence (i.e.gas) with this pain and now after six months i m finding problem in ma right testis also....
any body with solution???
