Rheumatoid Athritis ka koi cure nahi hai but proper treatment,joints ki protection ki strategy aur lifestyle me change ke saath aap long aur productive life spend ker saktay han.
aap jo treatment kerwayain gay uss me aap ki joints inflammation aur pain kam ho ga plus joints ka damaging process prevent ya slow down ho jaye ga.treatment me medication hi ho gi ya phir ager case severe hai tu surgery ho gi.

jee mainay ye tu nahi dekha ke ye male han ya female laikin smoking ka bhi link hai arthiritis(damaging and inflammation of joints) se.ye diseases 40-60 ke age ker dermayaan ho sakti hai plus new researches show kerti han ke nicotine aur tobacco addiction Rheumatoid Athritis ko aur bhi severe ker daiti hai. |

rheumatic arthritis is a chronic disease but it is not effecting ur maritial life except u r such down due to this diesease that u cant even move urself. just take the proper treatment and have a nice life with ur hubby.

rheumatoid arthritis
- Its a chronic disease of joints.
- It mainly effects peripheral joints and causes inflammation in them.
- It also affects other systems of the body.
- females are more prone to this disease: ratio of female:male is 3:1.
- peak age is 30-50 years.
- The exact reason of this disease is not known.
- clinical features are:
- generalized weakness
- pain and stiffness in small joints of hands and wrists.(worst at morning, improves with activity)
- fever
- weight loss
- swellings in joints
- deformity
- eye problems
- dryness of mouth
- anemia
- lung problems
- leg ulcers
- Investigations include: RA factor, ANA, CBC, ESR, C-reactive protein, Synovial fluid aspiration, radiography.
- Treatment: Rest, Exercise, Splints, NSAIDS, Steroids, DMARD( disease modifying anti- rheumatoid drugs), TNF inhibitors, Interleukins receptor blockers or surgery.
Regarding ur query: This disese donot directly have any effect on marital relationship but the problems associated with it can cause inconvenience and disturbances in the marital life but these can be reduced by taking proper medicines and rest. |
