medically musht zani ka koi nuksan nehin.aur na he es se health kharab hoti hai..han ager aap mentally sochey ge ke aap weak ho gaye hain to aap wake mein he weak hone lag jaye ge.lekin musht zani aak bad habit hai ose choor dena chahein.

1 problem ha or wo ye k jab may ziada baty karo ya ziada socho ya IQ type k questions solve karon to demagh mouf ho jata ha yani shadeed kism ki tkawat mehsos karta hon or kuch b karny ko man ne karta.

zaida sochne ka matlab hai tention lena..jab insaan tention le ga to zahir hai demagh takh jaye ga aur sar dard bhi hone lag jaye ga.lehaza aap zaida na sochaa kare waqt par soya kare waqt par khana khaya kare..

aak din mein ager koi kaam nehin hota ose choor de agle din kar liya kare..tention na le apne mind ko tention free rakhe.tention free ka ilaj 5 time ki Namaz hai..aap Namaz phara kare beshak Namaz zeheni sakoon deti hai.
