- don't watch porn movies.
- don't read sex stimulating material.
- don't visit sex sites on net.
- pray 5 times.
- read religious books.
- reciete Quran and read the meanings also.
- respect females, as u respect ur mother and sisters.
- ask urself why u feel this? find the answer and try to find the cause of such thinking.
