Plz help

Hello I wanted to know if what i am doing is against islam.
Every after 2 days i pour warm olive oil on my penis and massage it and stretch it for 15-20 minutes i stop before sperm comes out so i dont masturbate, i only do stretching for my penis. I am not married im still young
But is this haram or can i carry on plz help me.
