simple pehli baat to ye k is say sehat pe koe asr nai parta doosri ye . agr ap ko aisa lagta hay k apki sehat is say kharab ho rhi hay to ye krna bnd kr do.....ya is ko kam kro ........maslan agr din mein 4 dafa krtay ho to kam kr k 2 ya 1 dafa kr...behtr hay .......chor hi do....or apna time ibadat mien khail mein sports mien lgao.....jb bhi dil kray musht zani ka to AUZU BILLAH parha kro aur dant (push ups) lagana shuru kr diya kro........ya punching start kr dia kro..insha allah it will work.....i used this technique on me. |
