mein apne sare test bhi kerwa chuki hoon..sab normal hein..but koi goodnewz nahi hai..miscarriage ko bhi aik saalho gaya hai..aur medicine bhi 8month se le rahi hoon .mein aap se iui k bare mein advise laina chahti hoon..doctor ne mushwara diya hi..isse kitne chances hain.
aur second sawal hai k kya fsh aur lh test periods k second day kerwana chhiye..
aur mujhy kon se aise test kerwne chhiye jis se mujhy pata chal jaye k problem kya hai

Mein bilkul theek hoon, aap kaisee hain?
Jahan tak mujha yaad hai, aap ka husband ka semen analysis mein koi major abnormalities nahin theen. Aksar, but not always, IUI unn cases mein useful hota hai agar sperm ko egg tak pohonchna mein difficulty ho, iski kae different reasons ho saktee hain, for example low motility, abnormal shape of sperms, low sperm count, yaa phir cervical mucus ki abnormalities, as well as other conditions causing unexplained infertility. Cervical mucus woh liquid hota hai jo cervix mein hota hai, aur aksar yeh liquid bhee kisi nah kisi abnormality ki wajah say aisa ho jaata hai keh sperms kay lia harmful ho jaata hai. IUI mein sperms ko directly uterus mein introduce kartay hain, without having them to pass through the cervix. Iss lia sperms ko abnormal cervical mucus say nahin guzarna parrta, aur low motility ( slow movement ) ki problem bhee solve ho jaati hai, kionkeh sperm ko egg tak pohonchna ka lia ziada move nain karna parrta.
IUI ki success rate kae cheezon par depend karti hai, including age of mom, and underlying reasons causing infertility. Aik aur bohot important factor yeh hota hai keh kia aap ki doctor aap ko Gonadotropin injections lagain gee yaa nahin. Aap ki age mein IUI ka aik cycle mein success rate approximately 15-19 % ho gaa, magar zahir hai yeh sirf aik estimate hai, it depends upon a lot of factors.
FSH aur LH kay lia best yeh hai keh period kay 3rd day par karwaian, waisa 2nd yaa 4th day par bhee karwa saktay hain. FSH aur LH ka saath saath E2 levels, ( Estradiol levels ) bhee check kia jaa saktay hain.
Nidaa, aap ka lia aik simple suggestion hai. Jaisa keh mein na ooper bataya, cervical mucus ki abnormalities agar pregnancy mein difficulty cause kar rahee hain, to behtar hai keh pehla uska aik simple test karwa lain. Iss test mein intercourse kay approximately 10 hours baad cervical mucus ka sample collect kia jaata hai aur phir uska microscopic exam say yeh daikhta hain keh sperms ki activity kitni hai. Iss say yeh patah chal jaata hai keh aap ka cervical mucus sperms ka lia harmful to nahin.

aap ne report k bare mein kaha tha.sab theek hai..aur doctor ne bhi yahin kaha tha
cervical mucus wale test ka mujhay nahi pata tha..kya yeh test doctor khud kerti hai..
aur E2 level test to mein ne abhi tak nahi kerwaya..aur kya yeh test bhi periods k doran kiya jata hai... |

Mujha yeh to nahin patah keh aap ki doctor ka paas cervical mucus test karna ki facility hai yaa nahin, magar agar aap unn sa poochain gee to woh aap ko bata dain gee.
E2 level (Estradiol Level) generally periods ka Day 3 par kia jaata hai. Iss test say yeh patah chalta hai keh aap ki ovaries mein reproduction ki kitni ability hai ( Ovarian Reserve).

psychdoc w salam.kya haal hai aap kajee han active motility 46 thi. mein ne 12th day ko ultrasound kerwaya.. report right ovary size is enlarge..parencyhyma is showing three hydropic follicle measuring 30mmx27 ,25mmx21mm and 16mmx17mm impression is of ovarian hyperstimulation... left ovary.. no good size follicle mujhay yeh samajh nahi aai hydropic follicle kya hota hai... |

Nidaa, aksar aisa hota hai keh Gonadotropin injections, jo ovaries ko stimulate karna ka lia lagae jaatay hain takeh egg release ho, unki wajah say kabhee kabhaar ovaries kuch ziada stimulate ho jaati hain, jaisa aap ka ultrasound mein aaya. Yeh hydropic follicle ussi ki wajah say hain. Generally speaking, aisa uss waqt hota hai jab Gonadotropin ka injection use kia jaaian, magar kabhee kabhaar sirf clomid use say bhee aisa ho sakta hai. Kia aap ko doctor na injection lagaya thaa?
Most cases mein ovaries ki yeh condition kuch din mein theek ho jaati hai. Behtar hai keh aap apni doctor ka mashwara say bed rest karain, with a pilllow under your legs. Inshallah yeh problem kuch din mein theek ho jaee gee. Kabhee kabhaar agar yeh problem ziada severe ho jae, jisko OHSS ( Ovarian HyperStimulation Syndrome) kehta hain, to phir yeh risky condition hoti hai, jis mein several pounds weight gain, abdominal swelling, abdominal pain, aur difficulty in urination waghaira ka symptoms aa jaata hain. Inshallah aap ki problem severe nahin ho gee, magar rest karain, aur apna weight daily check kartee rahain.
Aap ka Estradiol levels (E2) levels bhee closely check hona chahyein.

mein ne periods k 4th and 5th day ko hmg mossone injection lagwaye thay..aur clomid bhi li thi..aur ultrasound jis doctor ne kiya tha.woh keh rahi thi k aap ki report boht achi hi..
mein apni doctor k pass nahi ja saki.phone per report ka bataya tha.doctor ne ivfc 5000 inj lagwane ko kaha..2 din ka kha hai..
mujhay 2 3 din se left side per bohat pain ho raha hai.aur bohat ziyada thin vaginal discharge bhi ho raha hai..
estradiol level test kab kerwana chaiye.. |

Sorry for late reply.
Gonadotropin injections kae tarah ka hota hain, including HMG ( Human Menopausal Gonadotropin). Inn injections ka kaam ovaries ko stimulate kar keh ovulation cause karna hota hai. Kabhee kabhee inn injections ki wajah say ovaries over stimulate ho jaati hain, jiska matlab hai ovaries ka size increase kar jaana, several follicles ka develop ho jaana jiski wajah say multiple births ka risk hota hai, aur agar yeh cheez aur ziada severe ho jae to usko OHSS kehta hain. Mein na aap ki actual ultrasound report to nahin dekhi, magar iss mein ovarian hyperstimulation mention kia gaya hai. Second yeh keh aap ko bohot pain bhee ho raha hai, behtar hai keh apni doctor ko check up karwa dain. Generally, jab gonadotropin injections lagae jaata hain to E2 levels bhee waqfa waqfa say check kia jaata hain, to make sure everything is ok, aur ultrasounds bhee regularly kia jaatay hain. Agar ovaries overstimulate ho jaaen to phir uss cycle mein generally IVF c injections nahin dia jaata.
Aap apni doctor say check up karwa lain, takeh aap ki doctor sahih say faisla kar sakain.

mein bohat tension mein hoon..saturday se mujhy light brown spotting hui..aur second day bhi light brown discharge hua.first day ko to kisi time hota tha..iss baar to 3 din pehle hi periods ho gye..mera sawal hai..k pehla din bhi periods mein count ho gha..aur kya mujhay E2 level test krana chahiye..
second sab kuch normal hai.phir bhi pregnency nahi ho rahi..mein to ab bohat thak chuki hoon..mein aap se iui ka mushwara laina chahti hoon.,kya mujhay iui kerwana chahiye.,
aik aur sawal hai..k mucus ki kami ki wajha se bhi pregnency nahi hoti..aur iss ka kya treatment hota hai...
mere husband kehte hin k hum doctor change ker laite hain..kya aisa kerna chahiye,,. |

Salam, Sorry for the late reply. Mein aap ki frustration samajh sakta hoon. I know bohot difficult hota hai baar baar umeed lagana aur baar baar disappointment ko face karna. Magar Nidaa, jaisa keh mein nay aap ko aik martaba pehla bhee kaha thaa, aap ka saath positive cheez yeh hai keh aap atleast aik martaba pregnant ho chuki hain, iss lia Inshallah umeed yehi hai keh dobarah bhee ho jaaian gee, bas Allah Taala say dua kartee rahain, har cheez ka time hota hai, but I can certainly understand how disappointed you must be feeling. E2 level ( Estradiol Level) mera mashwara hai keh aap ko zaroor karwana chaye, yeh period kay Day2 yaa 3 par hota hai. E2 level say kaee cheezain patah chaltee hain. Most commonly iss say aap ka ovarian reserve patah chalta hai, yaani aap ki ovaries mein jo eggs hain woh kitna healthy hain. IVF mein bhee E2 levels closely check kia jaata hain, yeh dekhna ka lia keh injections ka response kaisa raha hai, aur ovaries ziada stimulate to nahin ho gaeen. I think aap ko apni doctor say apna E2 level check karna ki baat karnee chahye. Doosra mein na aap ko IUI aur cervical mucus ki abnormalities ka baaray mein jo test hota hai uska baaray mein apna 22nd December ka reply mein bataya thaa, dobarah parrh lain aur agar koi cheez unclear ho to pooch lain. Mein yeh to nahin keh sakta keh aap ko apni doctor change karne chahye yaa nahin, magar yeh baat bohot bohot important hai keh aap jo bhee doctor select karain, woh time lai kar aap ki baat aur aap ka concerns sunain, aur agar aap ko lagta hai keh aap ki mojoda doctor aisa nahin kar raheen to phir mera khayal mein kisi doosri doctor ko dikhana behtar ho gaa. psychdoc salam..how r uE2 level ka doctor se kaha tha doctor ne kaha iss ki zaroorat nahi hai.. aur mein ne doctor se cervical mucus k bare mein kaha tha..doctor ne kaha..iss test se acha hai k aap iui kerwa lo...but iui k liye husband nahi maan rahay.. agar mein cervical mucus ka test kerwa loon..agar test theek aa jaye..to phir kya iui ki zaroorat nahi pare ghi/ iss baar mein ne 12th day ko ultrasound keraya tha..iss baar mein ne aik hi injection lagwaya tha..hmg wala..last time 2 lagwaye thay.. retroverted uterus is bulky in size with normal parenchmy texture..uterus is non tender to probe pressure..endometrium 10mm in thickness..no fibroid or polyp is there.. right ovary is normal in size..parencyma is showing two good size folliclles measuring 13mmx13mm and 16mmx12mm on this 12th day left ovary is normal in size with normal parenchymal texture.. small quantity of free fluid seen in the cul de sac iss baar follicles size itna acha nahi bana..aur 12th day ko ivfc inj bhi lagwaya..kya iss se size increase ho gha..aur pregnency ho sakti hai... |

Final decision zahir hai aap ki doctor ka hi hay. Cervical mucus test aik simple test hota hai, aur agar normal aa jaye to aisee baat nahin keh IUI ki zaroorat nahin parrti. Magar agar yeh test abnormal aaie to yeh patah chal jaata hai keh pregnancy mein difficulty iss lia ho rahee hai keh cervical mucus, sperms ko kill kar raha hai aur sperms egg tak nahin pohonch paa rahay. Abhee follicle size aur increase karay gaa, over the next few days. Aur iska lia aap ki doctor ko regularly aap ka ultrasounds karna parrain gay. Bulky uterus ka matlab hai keh uterus ka size thorra increased hai, baharhaal yeh koi aisee major problem nahin. Belly size increase hona ki kaee different reasons ho saktee hain, agar injections overstimulate kar dain to bhee belly increase kar jaata hai, magar uss waqt pain ka symptoms bhee hota hain. Iska illawa bhee bohot si reasons hoti hain belly size increase hona ki. All the best.
