Dear doctors, scholors and educated people

 

mery sth aik masla hai k mujhy neend aj kal buhoo ati hai

mera schedule yeh ai k

may rat-2 bajey tak jagta houn

9bajey uthta houn

sotey huwey office jata houn

10.30 to 5 bajey office may rheta houn

6.00 bajey ghar ata houn or puri koshish hoti hai k sotey huwey ghar aoun ager sotey huwey ghar agey to pher may raat 2 bajey tak jag sakta houn otherwise mujhy 10 bajey tak ned ajay ge.

meri natur of job, may Project Management Engineer houn to na he zaida demag ka kam hota hai na he hath ka bas zban k kam hota hai werna aaram..

to may preshan houn  mujhy nend q zaida aati hai

mujhy prper diet batain vatimens batain jin ki wajha say may energetic ho jaoun i am 26 years old

1. pahlay to yeh batlayaiN k raat 2 bajay tak kiyouN jagtay hain... 10 bajay so jaya karaiN

2. apko diest ki nahi, life style change karne ki zaroorat hai

3. ap sone ka schedule change karaiN... raat 10 bajay tak sojayaiN to 7-8 ghanta need k baad ap az khood subah 6 bajay fresh hokar oTh jayengay

4. agar raat ko 2 bajay tak koi kaam kartay houn to yehi kaam subah 6-10 bajay kar saktay hain...iss waqt ap zeyadah fresh aur energetic hongay kissi bhi qism k kaam k liyeh. pahlay fajir ki namaaz paRhaiN phir thoRi walk karaiN aur sair ho kar nashtah karaiN... egg, paraTha, milk, chai etc ... phir daftar jayaiN

5. daftar maiN lunch break maiN lunch k baad 30-40 mint qailoolah karaiN... office agar personal ho to light off karkay chair par hi relaxed houn, eyes band karkay... yeh 30-40 mint qailoolah apko re-fresh kardegi... phir zoharki namaaz parh kar kaam start kar daiN

6. shaam daftar say nikalnay say pahlay tea waghirah pi laiN...ghar jaa kar achi tarah bath laiN... tea with snacks laiN... maghrib ki namaaz k baad halka dinner lay kar woh sab kuch start kardaiN jo ap raat ko daily kartay haiN...lekin 2 bajay tak nahi balkay only upto 10 pm...agar kuch baaqi rah jaa.ay to morning maiN kar laiN

agar aap life style change nahi karsaktay to apka yeh maslah baRhta hi jayega...kam nhai hoga :)

excessive sleep

is ki kae wajoohat ho sakti hen , app ka blood pressure low to nahi rehta ya phir sugar level???????????
ye dono cheezen check karaen is ke ilawa life style change kerne ki bhi zaroorat he, exercise bhi ek acha tareeka he apne app ko activate or fit rakhne ka, in addition app diet men fresh fruits aur vegetables, proteins zada len aur instant energy drinks bhi len like glucose , energile etc,, in cheezon men sugar, vitamins and mineral hote hen jo brain men sleep neurotransmitters ko regualte kerte hen, aur sugar level maintain rehta he , ap koi sports bhi start karen spare time men, in sub measures se app ka problem solve ho jae ga.

thanks but i have also one problem more

i think mera yeh problem bhe is he topic say related ho, over the time mera pait bharta ja raha hai jab k meri body normal hai may slim to nahi kahoun ga khud ko q k mera waste i think 32-33 hai to may normal huwa per mera pait aaj he check kia hai 37 hai, i am so worried about it, infact meri puri personality kharab ho ai hai, i think mera weight 68kg tha few month back ab 69 ho geya ho ga

1) may proper diet lena chata houn kam khana chata houn per completly energetic bhe rhena chata houn

or rahe bat 10 bajey soney ki to wo buhoot mushkil hai, q k may Engineer houn aj kal mera schedule yeh hai k may 6bajey tak ghar aajta ho werna few month s back may to 10 bajey tak he ghar ata tha ...

to please meri problem ko samjhtey huwey mujhy kuch fruits, vegetables, drinks batain infact may Tea nahin leta, na sigrate peta houn, na chaleya, na he gutka, haan some time tofee and choclate zaroor khata houn

per cold drink zarooor pita houn or kerhai favt hai i think in sab chezoun ki wajha say mota ho raha houn
