Sadness madness... Pyaray dosto pleas muje khush rehnay ka tareeqa bta den.Maray ziada dost nhi hen que kay muje aj kal kay boys ki tarah fazol galian dena bura lagta hay.Ma mazi ma kuch tenhai ka shikar ho gya tha or masturbation ki lat bhi par gye thi jo bht preshani ki waja bni rhi mgr ab muje pta chal gya ha kay wo sab mera wehem tha.Magr Muje ziada sochnay ki and fikar laganay ki adat ho gye thi.Jo aaj tk na badal saki.Ma kham khah sad rehta hun.Khud ko khush krne kay lie samjhata rehta hun.Or sadness kay wehem ko door krta rehta hun mgr ye sub kuch sochtay sochtay kafi time waste ho jata hay pir muje time waste honay ki sadness hoti hay.Is tarah muje thakawat hoti hay or nend aa jati hay.Or pir ma koi kam bhi nhi kar pata.Na sabaq yad hota hay na himat aati hay.Pir jab test and exam ma kam number atay hen to mayosi or bhi ziada ho jati hay.Ma 5 time ki namaz perhta hun pir bhi kuch samaj nhi ata kay meray sath ye sub kia ho rha hay.Koi jadu hay.... pir ma wehem dor krnay lagta hun que kay i am not superstitious man.Bus ma khush rehna chahta hun confidence kay sath.

dekhain aap kafi masail ka shikar hain jin me majority nafsiati masail ki hai. ye achanak khatam nahi hon gay in per home work karna parey ga.

1- masturbation oar is kism dossri ghair ikhlaqi harkaton ko chor dain, ye sub confidence, self esteem oar nervous system ko bohot nuqsan pjonchati hai.

2- exercise karo, jym join kar lo, maqsad muscle banana nahi, light exercise karo ta k sehet me improvement ho, is say aap ka environment bhi change ho ga, naye logon me milney say oar sehet me improvement say confidence gain ho ga.

3- social networking me izafa karain, matlab logon say waqfiat banain oar friends me izafa karain, ta k aap me social element develop ho

4- tanha rehna oar sochna, kheaali polao pakana chor dain, jab aisa ho zehen ko jhatak dain, ahista ahista adat ho jaye gi

5- namaz ko achi tarja seekh kar is ka sahi maqsad zehen me rakh kar parhain

6- apni appearance oar study per tawajo dain,

7- life ka purpose or apni zimedarion ko zehen me rakhain

8- apni achievements ko acknowledge bhi karain

oar sab say important cheez istiqamat hai. in tamam cheezon ko constatntly practise karney say result gain ho ga.
