Aap ka saath jo kuch hoa bohat bura hoa.
Jaisa keh aap na khud kaha keh aap kay saath zabardasti hoi, iss liya mein iss discussion mein parray baghair keh iss sab mein aap kaa kiya rola thaa ya nahin thaa, sirf aap ko aap kay questions ka answers daina chahta hoon takeh aap ko apni situation ka realistically andaaza ho jae. Magar aap ka questions ka answer daina say pehla mein aik baat aur kehna chahta hoon. Aap na bataya keh aap kay paas marna kay ilawa koi raasta nahin bacha. As a muslim, ham jaanta hain keh suicide haraam hai. Dunyaa kee koi bhee takleef aur pareshaani chahay kitni he barri ho, sirf temporary hoti hai. On the other hand, iss temporary takleef ko khatam karna kay liya suicide kar li jae to phir haram moat marna ke saza uss say bohot zyada takleef deh hai jis parashaani say aap iss waqt guzar rahee hain. Suicide is NOT the solution to your problem.
Aaian ab aap kay questions ke taraf chaltay hain.
Aap ka pehla question vaginal opening aur hymen ( seal) kay baaray mein hai. Iss mein 2 options hota hain. First option shadi ( intercourse) say sirf kuch din pehla kiya jaata hai, aur iss mein artificial bleeding bhee hoti hai. Second option mein vaginal skin kaa aik portion surgically cut kar keh uss say hymen create ke jaati hai. Iss mein real bleeding bhee hoti hai. Yeh procedure shaadi say atleast 3-4 months pehla kiya jaata hai.
Hymenoplasty ka baaray mein jo kuch mein nay bataya woh aik taraf, magar mein yeh kehna chahta hoon keh shadi ke bunyaad honesty aur trust par rakhnee chahye, artificial hymen create karna mera khayal mein apna hona waalay spouse ko dhoka daina hai.
Aap ke right ovary mein jo follicular cyst hai, uska baaray mein good news yeh hai keh follicular cysts young women mein bohot common hoti hain, aur generally 3-4 months mein khud hee disappear ho jaati hain, without treatment. Aap ko yeh cyst kitna arsa say hai?
Low hemoglobin bohot see mukhtalif conditions ke wajah say ho sakta hai. Agar aap ke doctor na yeh batay hai keh aap ka blood urine kay through zaya ho raha hai to aap ko apna kidneys check karwana chahyain kiyonkeh aik kidney disease jissa "glomerulonephritis" kehta hain, uss mein yeh symptoms hota hain, aur uska proper treatment hona zaroori hai.
Aap nay yeh nahin bataya keh aap ka ghar waalon ko kis had tak iss baat ka patah hai? Aap ke post say yeh clear nahin hai keh kiya aap kay ghar walon ko patah hai keh uss nay aap kay saath sex kiya thaa yaa sirf yeh nahin patah keh forcefully kiya thaa?
Mera khayal hai keh aap ke situation aisi hai keh aap ko apni family mein atleast kisi aik person ( elder sister, mom) ko poori reality bata daini chahye takeh aap ko atleast kuch support available ho. Ho sakta hai woh yeh sab sun kar initially aap par ghussa hon, magar eventually they will be supportive for you, which is something you really really need. Otherwise aap kay zehan mein negative khayalat ( suicide) aatay rahain gay, aur kahin aap apni disappointment mein koi aisi waisi cheez nah kar baithain jo aap kay liya har har tarah say nuqsaandeh ho.

fairry worrying about being "tight" is a pretty pointless and actually
counter-productive thing to do. Having sex will not make you looser. Not
having sex will not make you tighter. There's not anything that is
going to make you permanently "tighter" that is healthy or a good idea..Pentration permanently changes the "tightness" of the vagina. Strike
three! Penetration does not cause any permanent changes in the vagina.
As I said before, the vagina is a muscular tube, so it stretches to
accommodate and then returns to its previous state. Even vaginal
childbirth results in very few changes to the vagina. In that case, the
changes to the internal configuration are extremely minimal. Some change
may be noticed in the vaginal opening if serious tearing occurs or if
an episiotomy is done, but again this is generally fairly minimal. So if
the passage of a baby does not permanently alter the vagina, it's not
even logical that intercourse would cause changes.
