as salam oalikum
aks-e-mehar , mera khiyaal hay yahan ki aik regular female member hain "glamour" unhain meethy main buhat si items banani aati hain
wah wah wah kia nadir o nayab khayalat hain diplomate kay .......;-p aap ko kia alham howa hai kay mujhay meethay main bht se dishes banana aati hain lolz
(aysa unhon ny kisi post main izhaar kiya tha) kia main jan sakti hon kay wo kon se post thi jis main main nay ye izhar kai tha kay mujhay meethay ki bht se dishes banana aati hain kindly link day dijye :)) (oper aap nay likha kay aap ka khayal hai or ab aap keh rahay hain unhon nay kisi post main izhar kia tha ab kis baat per yakeen kia jay ) ;))
to wo aap ki iss silasaly main kuch madad kar sakti hain ...jab wo iss thread ko read karain gi to zaroor apna tajruba biyaan karain gi ..aks-e-mehar aap wait karain ...;-)
main nay khud kabhi kahobani ka meetha nahi banaya haan khaya hai or bht hi aacha taste hota hai us ka main yahan 1 recipy zaror share karon gi per wo recipy na meri apni try ki howi hai na hi main sure hon kay kaisay banay ga per daikhnay main aachi recipy lagi to ab jab mujhay kisi nay jan bojh kar yahan bula hi lia hai to lazmi hai kay un ko mayoos na kron or wo recipy share kar don ;))
khobani ka meetha
250 grm. Dried Apricot 2 cups water 3 tbs. sugar ½ liter milk 2 tbs. sugar for custard 2 tbs. custard powder Fresh cream Presoak the apricot preferably overnight. Remove the pits and take out the almond from inside the pit and keep aside. In a pot boil the apricot with 2 cups of water. Add the 3 TBS of sugar to this water. When the quantity of the water is reduced to 1-cup remove from heat. Cool and grind to a paste that is neither too thick nor too fine. Add the almonds that were removed from the pits to this pulp mixture. In another pot prepare the custard either according to instructions on the custard powder packet or according to the following. Take ½ liter of milk. Bring to the boil. Add the 2 TBS of sugar. Meanwhile mix the 2 TBS of custard powder with a few TBS of milk and add to the boiling milk stirring constantly otherwise it will coagulate. Cook for a few minutes till it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and cool. Now in a dish you can do either one of the following 1. Add the custard then top off with a layer of the apricot pulp and then with a layer of fresh cream. OR 2. Add a layer of custard then a layer of apricot one on top of the other. Then add a final layer of fresh cream. Serve chilled. note ( ye recipy jo b try karay wo zaror batahay kay kaisi bani )

mujhay gulab jaman bananay aatay hain or bht soft bina gitli kay bantay hain...per kisi male kay lihay ye banan mushkil hai or koi male ager cooking expert ho tab hi bana sakta hai warna nahi .dosri baat kay ager yahan recipy share ki to ho sakta hai thread starter ko aacha na lagay ku kay un ka topic divert ho jahay ga ;-)

gulab jaman iska matlab aap ke taraf eid ki raat ki tayaria chal rahi hain... aur meri koi sister madad nahin karengi..... gulab jaman main... chalain sisters app, dono pareshan na hon.... iss bhai ki koi na koi aur madad kardenga!!!

khoobani ka meeTha yam yam yam wow bahoot khoob ... goya glamour sister ko net chalaanay k elawah kichen chalana bhi aataa hai ... iss namkeen eid par etna acha meeTha pakaanay aur khud hi khaa jaanay ka "shokarya" :)

gulab jamun 4 ali bhai
Ingredients
- Dried milk powder 1 cup
- White flour 1/2 cup
- Khoya (unsweetened) 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Dalda oil 2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients and knead like flour. Leave for 15
minutes, make small balls.
For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Small cardamoms 8 (grind width two tsp sugar)
Mix sugar with water and make syrup on low heat, then add
cardamoms.
Cooking Directions
1. Heat 2 cups of banaspati in a wok or frying pan.
2. When the banaspati is heated lower the heat and fry gulab
jaman until brown and put them in the sugar syrup. PS:Ali Bhai, issay ap khud banaanay ki bajaa.ay bhabi say banwa iyyega coz gulaab jaamunsoft tabhi bantay hain jab issay sinfay nazuk k nazuk nazuk haathoun say banaa.ay jayaiN :) |

wow wadda praa g aap ny kia khoob gulab jaman ki recipe share ki hay , waisy aap k liye mashwara hay hy k aap yahi kaam kiya karain aap ko suit b karta hay aur aap ka "itehabi nishan" yaani k "meetha" b zahir hota hay iss sy , kia howa jo yeh halwa nahi hay , hay to meetha hi na ..:)) lol ...no ghussa chill chill ..and buhat buhat eid mubarak ...:)) |

nikkay praa g maiN to "mujassam meeTha" houN...agar yaqeen nah aa.ay to kissi bhi dr say pooch laiN...sab ki "muttafiqah roy" hai k mujhay "suger" hai... yaani maiN suger jaisaa meeTha houN lol |

if some one aoid to add white flour in the recipy of gulab jaman and increase the quantity of milk powder then result will b much better then it inshallah its my personal experiance :) so lets try and joy .......

gulab jaman walda aahrahi hain mere paas inshallah 11 ko saudia se.. toh menaye socha ke.. main ye uss ache mauke ke liye khud banaa kar khilao, unko, ruby ko aur khud...
wese menaye kisi aur se bhi socha tha ke help lu... jese aap loog hain...

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken AS SALAM O ALIKUM
Ingredients
-
1 tablespoon brown sugar
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
1/4 cup soy sauce
-
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
-
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
-
2 tablespoons hot sauce
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips
-
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
-
Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl.
-
Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips.
-
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add
chicken strips and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Pour
the sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, 8
to 10 minutes.
NOTE :its not my own recipy . i just copy it frm another site and paste it here for u people as per some ones demond.so dont CLAIM that its a copy paste material and dont try to criticize it :) .but 1 thing that i want to share , its a very good recipy b.c i personaly tried it ...... so lets try and joy...... :)
