RE: Test For Gonorrhea And chlamydia If you can afford get test done from private recognized lab or most government hospitals have these tests available.
Mostly urine sample can be given or swab or fluid/secretion/discharge sample is taken from effected site like urethra,rectum or cervix(in females).
Also if gonorrhea suspected in newborn then if eye secretions present they can be tested.
Test commonly done are gram stain for gonorrhea and culture for both organisms. Other are nuclear tests but are expensive!
