Dear Ali,
Mai apni shadi say 3 month pehlay taqreeban daily black zaitoon pate bher ker khata tha (15-20) laikin abb kabhi kabhaar khata hoon. Shadi kay baad or abb bhee feel kerta hoon keh azdawaji lihaaz say yeh bohat faida mund hai. mujhay tasty bhee lagtay hain issi liay khata hoon. Laikin yeh jaan ker hairaan hoon keh yeh daily sirf do khanay chahiain, itnat to mera 2 saal ka bhacha kha jata hai/

Is ko use karnay ka tareeqa and duration bhi bataa dein.
Is ke effects/advantages bhi bataa dein (other then better sperms in semen).
Agar koi side effects hein tu wo bhi bataa dein.

Every day take kolongi either the seeds, if seeds then not more than 11, but if oil then not more than one tea spoon, daily, early morning, or when ever you wake up but morning before you eat anything. Drink this with water or dood (milk). After doing this for 1month constantly without delay first.
Buy zaitun (green olives) pure ones with no mixure and khajoor (dates) the big brown sweet ones. Now, you are going continue on daily basis with the black seeds which is KOLONJI and one day with that you are going to take upto two zaituns, and the next day you are going to take upto three big kajoors, but remember not to stop taking kolongi seeds.
Inshallah the growth of the organ will take time like 6months, but it will be permanent basis, not weak and temporary like the surgery, also, all this will make your organ strong first, and will increase its colon from the inside of the skin to come out due to the heat of all this that it produces in penis veins. but inshallah witness results yourself. After taking this all, my size increased by 1.5inches.. and has been like this increased mashallah since like 2years now. Not that I needed the increase because it was never small, but always wanted to see what it would be like to increase. Im just happy it didnt increase way over. Buy kolongi oil, apply twice a week, every 2nd and 6th day, by pouring upto your finger nail, very small amount onto the penis and rub it in and out on its sides.
