 Problem In Intercourse: Is It Psycological?
Assalamoalikum I am recently married and after many days i am not able to do intercourse with my husband.The problem is some kind of psychological.At that time this thing scare me to dath that some thing is moving inside me.Please help me to overcome my this psychological problem.

Thanks alot aleeshy Thank you so much aleeshy for your help but in last few days we tried most of them (mentioned suggestions).I want to take some kind of therapy or some literature to overcome this nightmare. |

re: sofiagul don't worry. Follow the steps I mentioned in : Painful Intercourse: Please Help Us? and read : Vaginismus also. Keep one thing in ur mind that intercourse could not become successful on 1st wedding night. some couples take days, some weeks or some even take months for successful intercourse so, relax and support each other. |

 need help
hi Dr. sahab
i am writing here with the hope that i will get the answer to my question indeed my problem...............meri shadi ko 4 months o gy hain and we r still unable to do sex.....initially i was so scared of the pain and my husband's kindness is that he dont want to geme a pian...........after 1 month we did it which was very painfull.............and that was the first and the last time we did it ever since now.........when ever my husband try to do it i pushed him away...sirf dard k dar sy :(.....phir mainy khud ko kafi samjhaya aur is sab ko feel kerna start kiya and when i started feeling my husband started having a problem that he looses his erection right when i asked him to put it in........one more problem that i dont feel like taking his penis in unless he do fingering and at certain stage i only feel like puting it in and when he started doing fingering he loose his erection...so the problem continues.....i dono what is the exact time k wo apna penis ander dalen i dono seriously :( now when i am ready to take the pain he looses his erection.....i need help please |

Dear sarah erection loose karne ki wajaah jho maiN samaj rahaa hooN wo ye haiN ke he is not doing this with any interest. He needs to feel your breasts, aap ka badan, and you need to assure him ke aaj aap inkaar nahiN karoonge unhe, taky wo interest le foreplay maiN aap ke saath.
Main aap se ek step by step theory share kartaa hooN, jiss ko parr karr, aap ne step by step practical karna haiN, like this husband ke saath mushkil nahiN rahengi. thanks
Alright, get ready :
just relax. be comfortable. positioning is very very important. place 1-2 cushions under ur back for support. ask ur husband for a long foreplay during foreplay, don't think "what is going to happen" donot think that intercourse is very painful. during foreplay, participate actively. the key point is ''THINK SEXUALLY" ask ur husband to do the things which give u intense pleasure. during penetration, attain a comfortable position. keep on breathing deeply. relax ur body. ask ur husband to be gentle. do it slowly. bear a liitle pain. u r married now....be brave.....every woman has to pass through this phase. |

so tensed
i dono whats going on........:(..............i feel like crying now.......its takes me so much time to get hot.....around half n hr or more so he( my husband) said that its just because when i feel like doing it u r not ready and till the time i get ready he looses everything :( what to do now :( its all getting on our nerves and u noe the social pressure in our society :'( khushkhabri sunao n all.....i feel like killing myself now :'(

for Sister Sarah A short little advice.... I believe it will work.
Make your self ready before he (your husband) gets ready ... If you can do it then i hope this will work ... I don't have much experience about sex "to be v.honest" (that is a long story) but the best part to start with: Pray 2 rakat namaz before your husband comes home and make dowa. Thing about your husband (good stuff not his mistakes :) ) make your self ready and try to use the trick of foreplay on your husband and on your self too .... Forgive me if i won't work for ya.
If it will work then plz pray for me/my wife. JAZAKALLAH
