it's wrong 1. ap ko kam say kam night maiN 6 hrs sona chaahiyeh aur noon maiN 1 hr qailoolah. tab apka full body relax hoga.
2. raat eshaa ki namaaz paRh kar as soon as possible so jayaiN... phir early morning 04:00 am oTh jayaiN... tahajjud paRhaiN...phir study karaiN 2 hrs ...phir faijir paRh kar one glass milk piyaiN... raat ko paani maiN 6 daanay badaam + 10 kish.mish bhago kar rakh daiN aur fajir k baad issay kha laiN.achi tarah chibaa kar....... fajir k baad 2 hrs mazeed study karaiN... phir break fast /college......college say wapsi par lunch+zuhar paRh kar 1 hr so jayaiN as qailoolah.... phir oTh kar maghrib tak 2 hr study karaiN...maghrib k baad dinner +30min walk...phir esha phir so jayaiN
3. iss schedule maiN apko 7 hr neend aur 6 hr study achay waqtouN maiN hogi. insha Allah sehat bhi achi hogi aur study bhi... 5 times namaaz ki pabandi karaiN Allah say study k liyeh dua bhi karaiN |
