firtility in MEN with CES( Cauda Equina Syndrome)

    Aslamualikum , Doctor sahb I m suffered a cauda Equina syndrom and been operated since 2005. I am ou of country, so i am not sure what is my firtility situation now, i am a married and have one daughter. I am worried about my future sexual life, as long as the erection matter I found its weaker then before CES. but some how not too bad. the more problem i do not know the firtlity. would you please tell me what i have to do, is firtility be affected by the CES also.. if yes how can i solve his problem now,. Please help me with good advice JAZAKALAULKHAIR.
