i 've mucus (kaira,balghum) problem with me and it is constantly comes into throat form nose. does it is harmful and if it is then what should a man do to get rid of this problem.
please tell guide me as soon as possible.

If you have presistent post nasal drip then it cause irritation of lining of throat also it can alter the local defence mechanism so more chances of getting infection.
Mostly general recommendations would be steam inhalation , use of warm liquids and anti-allergy medication with avoidance of dust.
Its best to find out the root cause and eliminate it. Most common reason for this is enlarged nasal glands or blocked sinuses so best is consult an ENT specialist doctor and get proper treatment/management for this issue
