mouth problem aisa lagta hai keh aap jo toothpaste istemal kertay hai os ki wajah se yeh problem ho raha hai. aap toothpaste change kare aur brushing ke baad achchi tara pani se kulli kare. agar phir bhi masla hal na ho tu aap ko chahiye keh kisi dentist ya ENT doctor se apna mouth checkup karai. agar yeh bhi mumkin nahi tu phir kam az kam apne family physician se checkup karai.

DR REPLY AS a urologist i can not tell what is white meterial in your mouth but my experience with other doctors says"This "stringy" white stuff most likely is a combination of
plaque and normal bacteria of the mouth that accumulate in your mouth over
night. The saliva is unable to wash all of it away, so it collects on your
bottom gums until you brush it away in the morning. People who breathe
through their mouths while they sleep tend to be more prone to this layer
of plaque and bacteria than nose breathers.
Flossing and brushing well each night before you hit the sack may help
alleviate the problem (or at least reduce the amount of "white stuff").
If this doesn't seem to help at all, or if the nature and/or the amount
of the white stuff changes for the worse, so i recommend talking to your
dentist."" DR Stephen W. Leslie, MD FACS |

EXPERT ANSWER Well, having white meterial in mouth right after brushing indicates the production of plaque less then normal. You will be glad to know that all of us have this plaque but in different amounts.Always clean your tongue while brushing.Nothing to worry about just wash your gums and teeth properly. Do you know in AMERICA most of the young girls suffer from this condtion as u told.this plaque in its own colour means ;white; does not harm teeth / gums but this plaque have bad smell which is unbearable To satisfy your self consult with a dentist GOOD LUCK DR Stephen W. Re: White Plaque on the Tongue - Is that a Problem? I am glad to see the above replies and agreed with all professionals. In my opinion, we can not guess these things until we would see it by our eyes. It is better to see the dentist as soon as possible. |
