 Wet Dream As a Reaction to Certain Foods

I am 29, Single, Male & never married or had relationship.
Testicals Problem Wet Dream Disorder [only when I eat certain foods or drinks]
when i was18 yrs. old i notice some abnormal changes in my testicles as sometimes they
became full of water like ballon, then sometime they became empty.
then just after that my right Testicle lost its normal shape & size and become bigger and got a shape of oval. i also feel pain in lower back.
at the same time i lost my erection and hardness and the 1st half of my penis became weak and thin from the base which cause a curve after middle to the right side.
since 18 yrs. of age i also notice that when i eat certain food or drink i ejaculate during sleep at that night.
some of these are Yogurt, Lemon, Tomato, Red Me (but not red mince), (mince cause no problem), kidney beans, cold milk (but hot milk is ok), sprit with Lemon flavour, & 4 or 5 different vegetables [luky , Turai etc.
i notice that if i eat/drink above things for 7 continuous days, i will ejaculate every night but if don't eat/drink any of above thighs for 1 year i wont ejaculate for even 1 year during sleep at night.
so i ejaculate only as a reaction. Every time i eat even a bit of above things i ejaculate the same night during sleep, sometime with dreams sometime without.

Penis Curve At the same time when Testicals Problem started in 1998 & I lost my erection and hardness and the 1st half of my penis became weak and thin from the base & tended to right side from the beginning. I bought and applied Penis Oil [Maqvi Khas Tila, Hamdard Waqf.] in a wrong way: I saw an penis oil add in news paper & bought & applied some oil to my penis, but unfortunately I applied that oil only the last half of my penis which made it heavier , while the 1st half of my penis remained weak & the base become weak.
which resulted in the form of a Curve bending towards right side.
Its Not a Natural Curve its not a normal curve because it tends towards right from the very beginning even when its not erected.
as you know if the base of penis is weak and later part is heavy it will not be straight. problem is that its very weak from the base & foundation.
And its rotates towards right side just from the base.
even when its not erected the Girth of penis base is extremely low but Girth of the other half of penis is reasonable big and heavier so obviously when its start to erect it tends towards right side from the very beginning with Girth of the penis at base is so low while other half heavier making it like soft potato. when its erect its not hard but very loose like a soft or under inflated balloon. I am sending it to you so you can read it & suggest me some medicines. Notes: - I never had normal wet dreams, but only when i eat certain foods - the initial stage of my Treatment, I can Compromise on Penis Curve, but I want to treat the Sexual Disorder, Wet Dream Disorder, Sexual Health, Premature Ejaculation - I have refused many marriage proposals due to above condition so I want to fix it soon, with your help !
