I am newly married, i married in march 2010, n i m spending a very happy married life but i have a problem, my problem is that when i intercourse with my wife and remove my penis from my wife's vagina then white fluid comes from it and the fluid is like same as my sperm is it normal phenomena?? and my wife still couldn't get pregnant but the monthly cycle of my wife been changed

Its normal.

After intercourse don't allow ur wife to move. Let her be in same position for couple of hrs to manage the sperms. By this way inshaallah ur wife can be prignent.
