Onko ap doctor kay pass jany ka bolyin or onko kayin ka just vegitables use kurin or pani ziyada peyaa kurin or stool pass kurty ziyada zoor nahi lugayin, or doctor say consult kurin taa kay treatment ho suky. sub say phally constipation say buchnaa zurori hay so essy foods say ijtanaab kurin jin say constipation hoti hay,

If you have painful defecation (pain during passing stool) then kindly first get it examined from a General surgeon as you might have any abscess(collection of pus) in that area that might appear as a bulge or fissure (breech in skin or muscle layer) in that area along with skin tags.
Mostly in initial stages piles cause painless bloody defecation and if piles become painful then even this calls for a strong surgical opinion for surgery.
