Well sorry for delay. the problem with you is that your Blood pressure is high but not too high to be worried in case if it is a single reading. For the diagnosis of high blood pressure it is mandatory that the pressure would be found high at more than one or two occasions in relaxed phase of mind and body. The acceptable normal blood pressure range at this age is 120-130 systolic or even some times 140 could also be accepted but it is called border line high systolic pressure. The diastolic pressure should be less than 90mmHg.
Therefore in your case your systolic blood pressure was slightly higher. I don't know whether it was a single reading or taken at many times. Except Blockium all of the above medicines are useless in your case. Blockium should also be withdrawn once your blood pressure will be normalized. so keep on checking your blood pressure more often.
Do regular light exercise and avoid heavy and junk meals.
