 Anemia Of Chronic Disease - Anemia Due To Chronic Infection
Salam to all..muje kafi problems hian jis k waja se doc ne mere CP ESR P.N.S view aur urine cs ky test liye..
Cp mai my Haemoglobin 12.9 hia range hia 13.5-18.0 doc said ye kam hia.but ye to range k ander hia phir kese kam ha?and what is Haemoglobin?and wht it role in human body?
ESR was 25. main ne 5 month pehly b jb ESR karwaya to 25 tha us se pehly be ye zada he tha is ki kia waja ho sakti hia ye apni range mian kyun nain ata? medcine use karny k bawajud?
Urine CS result was E.Coli. Isolated is ka kiya matlab hia? aur P.N.S view X RAY test liya hia sar mian pain ki waja se jis ka result hia RT sided deviation of bony nasal septum see. Mild haziness seen in both frontal/ maxillary antra. Bilteral turbinate hypertrophy also see.
pls is ka matlab urdu mian samja dain?

Re. Hameglobin ko aam language mai khetey hain khoun ke kami houna. Haemoglobin blood k red cell ka woh molecule ha jo cell,tissue ya organ tak oxygen pounchata ha mainly. Apke haemoglobin range sey tou kam ha magar chounke ap Male hain aur unkei kam young age mai houna thora different scinerio ha so doctor ne aisa kaha ha. apka ESR koi itna zadah nai esp jub urine mai E.coli ha matlab bact infectn chal rai ha tou itna ESR zaydah ho he jata ha. Ap uske treatment lain . Apne course antibiotics ka complete keya thaa? X-ray Water's view(PNS) Mai sirf ye ha k apke naak ke haddi terhi ha jo keh 85percent logo ke hoti ha agar Masla na dai tou koi masla nai(matlab zukam na rahey ya shape deformity) plus apko filhal nasal infectn ha so ap samaj lain nose k gland ya tissue thora barha huwa ha aur sinus mai ha u R required to do 1) further investigation for anemia(low haemoglobin) if ur physician thinks so .. Waisey apke Test mai MCV,MCH,MCHC,HCT ,Rdw Huwe he hounge? Anyway further b test hain anemia k stool occult blood bt depend if ur physician thinks,plus take good diet Meat, egg yolk,milk,dates etc Warna prolonged infections aur antibiotic treatment sey b Hb Kum hojata ha.. 2) treatment for urinary infection or other genital like prostate(it was better agar ap detail report likhtey) 3) nasal problem apko kya feel hoti ha jo apney doct ko btai? Headache ya flu etc. plus its my reading but i think u must wait for doctor K K Answer. |

Re Watter. yes muje prolonged infections hian jis main prostrate ka behi hia and i m using diff antibiotic med since two years...but infections like prostrate nose throat again and again ho jata hia...sar main pain retha hia aur joints mian bhi...doc said me that k sar mian Balgham jama howa hia
nasal ka infection antibitic se thek nahin ho raha mean sar mian both pain reti hia..can i shuld operate?
HB kyon kam ho sakty hian body mian? reason?
yes HB k sath ye sab b howe hian but these all are normal..just platelet kam hian but range k ander hian mean 189..
Antibiotic course b chal raha hia.
aik bat ap se pochna chaun ga k resistance power kam ho to infection hota hia ya infection ho continously to resistance power kam ho jati hia?
kon se cheez depend karti hia?becose i have lot of infections since two years and cannot be cured by using Antibiotic. |

Re Ap multivitamin lain, achche diet lain fruit,vegie,milk,meat,egg and butterapna proper ilaj karwain aur mild excercise b kya karain ye b help karti ha, fluid intake zayda rakahain. |

i already told u that i m using antiboitic meb and also vitamins since 2 years for each infection but they are not overcome.
and one last thing tell me...k tension aur pershaniyan kitna role ada karti hian resistance power kam karny k lye??i mean continously sakth tension ho to kya is se b resistance power kam hoti hia aur infections b hote hian?? |

re: yes! stress,tension,anxiety definately lowers one's immunity.
when we are stressed out the type of hormones that are released make us deplete our energy stores and if we are chronically stressed out definately immunity lowers.
actually u r rite now in viscous circle u got an infection.. its taking a while to get cured .. u r depressed and loosing hope ... ur immunity is down.. plus all these medi are making u feel bad..again on going infection..
u are having chronic prostatitis... it does take awhile to get better.. n i ave told u what is it like.. all u need rite now besides treatment u r taking is to get relaxed and have faith plus u have to boost ur morale.. u will get cured..
will power n keeping hope is the main thing in getting cured from something chronic..
have faith being a muslim its not tough for us to have faith..get urself relaxed.. when ever u get worried push it aside..

Anemia And Repeated Urinary Tract Infections
Very good replies given by waterr. Mike please do the same as has been advised to you. Although your Hemoglobin is not low but still low slightly. Repeat your Hb after improving your diet and if again low then post the full CBC report on forum. Chronic infection could be the cause of anemia in your case.
Your infection needs to be treated with a good antibiotic. If you get urine culture and any organism is isolated then the lab also provides the sensitive antibiotics lists. If the organism is treated with these antibiotics then the infection would gone completely. repeated infections could be due to kidney and urinary bladder stones and poor hygiene. Full evaluation of your Urinary system is required.

i want to tell u that i have no kidney and urinary bladder stones..mian kafi dafa ultra sound karwa chuka hoon last 6 month pehly tak to nahi tha..kia ya muje karwana chaiye?
