Swelling On Penis Head: Please Give Me Solution

hi im 26 married.

i am experienceing some penis swelling like a swelling vein vertically at the head of penis. (start from shaft till the end of penis head).

I have intercouse twice with my wife two days ago, i use to apply liquied before doing so.

I'm really worried about it,

married person ka penis intercourse ke waqt ya baad mein swelling ho to es ki waja yeh hai ke vagina sehi tarha se wet nehin hoti.jis ki waja se penis jab vagina ke sath rab hota hai to swelling hone lagi hai.

ya intercourse 2,3 se zaidya kiya jaye.lehaza aap ko mashwara hai ke aap wife k sath zaida se zaida foreplay kar ke intercoursen kare.jab tak vagina wet nehin hoti tab tak foreplay karte raha kare.
