but yar problem ye hey k aj say takreeban 4 din pehley mujhey penis k top par halki see dard huwi phir aaj say 3 din pehley dard thori shadeed huwi. phir 2 din pehley dard b rahi aor testicals mai sozish b ho gayi.. aaj sozish khatam ho gayi hey aor pain b thori hey par mai dar raha hun k kuch aor na ho jaye ... ees ki 2 waja ho sakti hain.. ya to mai nai gym say aa kar bohat thandey pani say naha liya hey jub k jism abhi garm tha ya phir.. mai nai aaj say 6 din pehley atleast 2 hours horse riding ki thee after many years... feb mai shadi ka b program hey...eriction theek hey.. aor erection k time pain b i think k nahi hota ..ab mai daily Desi half boild eggs use kar raha hun k shayed een say kuch farq parey....ab aap log btao kya karun.. plz yar koi doctor Mashwara dena.. baqi sab say Mazrat..

its that you are getting over conscious about your sex health as probably your marriage is near..
though its best to wait a min 15-20minutes after excercise before taking a shower but neither does this nor the horse riding has to do anything with ur pain in penis and testes..
if however you have pain in testes then do get yourself checked to a doctor..
but overall you seem fine and okey...

Assalam u Alekum and sorry for delay.
I have read you quarry and the replies given by water and dr Qasim. Both of them given good replies and there is no need for my reply. But according to the rule as you want my reply therefore; i am giving you what have i understood till now?
Some people have delicate veins in genitals, like you. Due to extreme cold like shower with cold water, these veins shrinks and elicit pain. But once the temperature normalizes, pain vanishes. You have mentioned two conditions above. Lets take a look about them.
Horse riding can give a single problem in testes, which is Testicular Torsion. As per your history it doesn't look like that you have got such condition. Since the pain happens in Torsion is so severe and can't bearable. Also it doesn't vanish with time. But as you said that you pain is vanishing therefore; this probability is excluded.
As mentioned by water don't take bath just after exercise since it would be harmful for the body, but if any body would take bath just after exercise, he might get ill, become feverish, feels tired etc. He would never get any thing wrong in his testes or penis.
The spontaneous pain at the glans of penis should need through check up however; if doesn't relieved. Whether the color of the top of penis is fine, whether it hurts while touching or not? whether or not you got fever? What is the current intensity of pain? these are the questions that have to be answered.
First I would like to reassure you that nothing wrong is going on with you. You may use any pain killer ointment over the area for relief. Most of the time these pains vanishes without creating any problem. Only in few cases, consultation with the surgeon would be needed.

Dr. saab kall aor parson agar pain 100% thee na to aaj subah say 40% hey but peshab karney k bad testicals mai halki see pain hoti hey.. aor erection pehley to mai nai kabhi note hee nahi ki thee k hoti b hey k nahi.. pain k bad mai nai note karna shuru kiya hey.. aor almost daily erection hoti hey aor erection k time top par dard hota hey halka sa.... testicals mai pain aaj bohat kam hey but kall to jaisey swelling ho gayi thee aor touch b nahi ho raha tha. ye sub kuch kisi aor waja say b ho sakta hey mai b mai nai note na kiya ho... but one thing is confirm its not due to masterbation.

Ans:i m not sure but i think yes the colour is alright.

Pain In Penis: Solution Localized infection could be the possibility. Take pain killers and some good antibiotics. Nothing to worry about your problem is minor. |

but today i dont have pain in my penis. just very very minor pain in the top.
and subah left test. mai pain thee aor jub mai nai dress change kiya to right mai. but ab pain itni nahi hey almost 20% reh gayi hey. but pain uus time thori zyada hoti hey jub dress change karta hun ya nahata hun.
can you plz mention k kon see pain killer use karun. and which antibiotic. a friend of mine is telling me to use (astralka syrup). can i use it.... plz Dr. sb i m worried about it. |
