1)drink plenty of water min 8-10 glasses/or juices
2)avoid fatty or deep fried food to max...avoid excess spicy food
3)use leafy vegetable like palak n salad leaves a lot
4)isapghol husk 3 times a day..one tablespoon in one glass water before or after each meal
5)at night luke warm milk with 1 honey tea spoon
6)improve bowel habbits...when need to go to washroom donot avoid it
7)if not relieved by all above points can take laxative from pharmacy..
8)do some activity in a day's time(walk etc) |
