Your Hb is fine. Hepatitis C is caused by virus and in this condition, liver could be demaged permanently. The signs appears due to liver demage not due to Hepatitis C. From head to Toe, the signs appear at various stages of liver demage. However; this is not necessary that any sign would be apperant in those who have Hepatitis C at early stage. The yellow sclera of eye, bulging of the male breasts, increased tummy size due to water collection in it, smaller testes, skin marks etc. There are many things but they tend to appear in the end stage liver disease called Cirrhosis. 

The main thing in your case is that you should get prompt treatment by specialist doctor, who may give you Ribavarin and Interferone. If this is at early stage then you might be able to get rid of it.
