After Intercourse Why Semen Comes Out From Vagina?

Asalam O Alaikum
Sir meri shadi ko 2 week ho gai hain.sex krne k baad meri wife kuch dair tak leti rehti hai usi position mai lkn jb uthti hai tu sara semens bahitr nikal jata hai plz mje batain k ye kia hai kia aisa he hota hai?kia es tarha se pregnency possible hai k nahi?

I got married two weeks back. After intercourse, my wife keep on lying in the same position for some times, however; when she gets up, complete semen comes out immediately. Please tell me what is it and is that happens with every one?
