Skipping Menstruation..Wanting to know whats wrong with me?

i've just turned 20 and i havent had my period for 3 months, i went off contraceptives 4 months ago and my last sexual activity was 2 months ago, i have taken more than 12 home pregnancy tests but they have all come out negative...does anyone know whats wrong with me...?

agar pregnancy test negative hai tu iss ka matlab hai ke aap pregnant nahi hai. ziadah behtar hai keh kisi laboratory se bhi yeh pregnancy test kara le. agar pregnancy ke beghair 3 menses period miss ho rahe hai tu kisi lady doctor se bhi personally consult ker ke mashwara kare.
