 Milk is Coming; Pregnancy Not Settled Till So Far
assalamoalikum mai bohat hi ageeb maslah sai dochar hun aap sab apni raai degeya plz maslah yeh ha k meri sahdi ko 6 month ho gai hain aab 2 din sai mera breast ma twinkling sensation ha sath mai thora swell bhi laag rha hain or milk aa rha ha halanka aab taak meri pregnancy confirm nhi ha kindly bataya specially girls k kia aisa hota hai ksi k sath huwa hai or kia pregnancy mai aisa hota hai plz urgently reply degeya take care may Allah bless u all Allah hafiz
AOA. I have married six months back. I got twinkling sensations in my breast since two days and there is little swelling there as well. Now they have started to secrete milk. Althogh I am not pregnant till so far. Kindly let me know wether it can happen? |

which your pituitary gland produces excessive amounts of the hormone
prolactin.
Prolactin is a hormone that stimulates milk
production in women. Prolactin normally circulates in the blood in
small amounts in women who are not pregnant, and in large amounts
during pregnancy and right after birth.
Hyperprolactinemia (excessive prolactin) can cause irregular or no ovulation, resulting in infertility (means no pregnancy).
Women who have this disorder often have irregular periods, and may also
experience galactorrhea (ga-LAK-to-RE-ah) - milk production when not
pregnant.
One of the most common causes of hyperprolactinemia is
a benign tumor growing on the pituitary gland - the gland that produces
prolactin. The pituitary gland is located in the base of the brain near
the vision center.
Other causes of excess prolactin
production may be an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), or certain
medications you may be taking.
Sometimes, the cause is unknown. You are advise to consult your phisician immediately.

dr sahab dr sahab thanks for replying i have consulted my dr she said may b its ur early stage or pregnancy so thats y ur facing this pb cause im suffering from bad vomiting now adays with lite temp n some constipation pb my reports are all clear...reply thanks |

Treatment
Galactorrhea may not require treatment. Often, the condition goes away on its own. When needed, treatment focuses on resolving the underlying cause of the condition.
You may need to stop taking or adjust your medications, if they're found to be the reason why you're experiencing galactorrhea.
For an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism), thyroid replacement therapy usually resolves galactorrhea.
Galactorrhea caused by a pituitary tumor (prolactinoma) may require medication to shrink the tumor or surgery to remove it.
Sometimes doctors can't determine an exact cause for galactorrhea, but it needs to be treated anyway. This might be the case if you experience bothersome or embarrassing nipple discharge. In such instances, you might be given a medication to block the effects of prolactin or to lower the amount of prolactin in your body. Reducing prolactin levels may eliminate galactorrhea. Medications used to treat galactorrhea include bromocriptine (Parlodel) and cabergoline (Dostinex).

assalamoalikum how r u dr sahab maine just yeh pochna tha k 2 din milk aa k aab band ho gaya ha kia aab sab normal hai ya aab bhi medicine ki zarorat hai meri dr keh rhi thi k shyed ksi med ki waja sa huwa ha aab shi ho gaiga or dr sahab kindly yeh bataya k ultrasound sai ya urin test sai conception k kitna din baad pata chalta hai k girl preg hai ya nhi mugha almost sari symptoms pregnant walai hain laikin isko mai confirm ksa keroun takai agar mai preg hun tou care keroun med kam loun tell me kindly take care Allah hafiz |

re: GoodChild sitarazeem ka masla aik medical masla hai. ap ne dekha jo log is masla par comments de rahe hai wo MBBS doctor hai. ap chukeh MBBS nahi hai aur na hi ap ki samajh mai yeh masla araha hai tu behtar hai keh ap is post ka reply nahi de. irrelevant post se asal masla se tawajah hat jati hai.

re: sitarazeem shadi ko sirf 6 month hua aur sab sawal karte hai keh kid kio nahi hua. sab ghalat sawal karte hai. kid allah ki marzi se hota hai. kam as kam teen sal tak kid na ho tu doctor se mia bivi dono ka checkup karana hoga. agar pregnancy ke peeche par jai aur pregnant hone ke lia bilawajah mukhtalif test ya medicine khai tu nuqsan hota hai. balke aise mai pregnancy ke chance aur kam ho jate hai. ap pregnancy ke bare mai do sal tak na soche. pregnancy honi ho gi tu ho jai gi.
agar ap ko koi medical problem ki wjah se pregnancy nahi horahi hai tu phir apne medical problem ka ilaj karai.

v.imp dr plz reply assalamoalikum how r u all meri tamam dr hazrat sai guzarish ha k mera qs ka ans zaroor dain wo yeh k mugha breast discharge huwa tha periods regular hain dr na tests kia hain uss ma bas prolactin level 64 aya ha uska ilawa baki saab thek ha dr na koi med nhi di she said every thing is ok laikin shadi k 7 month baad bhi ma pregnant nhi ho rhi aab aap loug bataya k mai kia keroun kon c med loun ya ksa pregnant hun kia prolactin level high ho tou ma pregnant nhi ho sakty kindly reply take care Allah hafiz |
