How To Gain Weight?
Dr sahab i want to gain my weight ...meri age 24 hai and mera weight 54 hai.....i am doing a job ...bohat koshish kar raha hoon weight gain karny ki...but umeed nazar nahn atii....kindly do my favour..and give me some tips... Dear Doctor I want to
gain weight. My weight is 54 Kg and my age is 24 years. I am doing a job. I am
trying hard to gain the weight but there is no hope. Kindly do me a favour and

re: honey_devi 1. ap ka weight kam kio hai pahle yeh maloom hona zaroori hai. maloom hone ke bad hi koi mashwarah dia ja sakta hai.
2. agar koi bimari na ho tu underweight hone par pareshan nahi hona chahia.
3. ap weight gain karne ke lia ziadah pareshan na ho. achchi gheza khai. neend poori kare. ap ki sehat theek rahe gi. dubla patla admi ziadah behtar hai agar koi bimari na ho.
4. ap apne family physician se discuss kare. wo ap ko ziadah behtar mashwarah de ge keh ap kaise weight gain kar sakte hai.

Dear Brother Brother aap sab se pehle koi GYM join karo....laikin ziyada wazan mat
othana,aur halki pholki weight lifting karo,aur rozana karo
oske baad ap yeh khurak ziada tar rakho
- Nashtay mein (Bread+fresh Butter+Lassi)
- Dopeher ka khana (koi bhi GOSHAT khas tor par
QEEMA+Roti+Salaad+Lassi)DAILY.agar DAILY na kha sako to har ek din ke
baad zaroor khao.
- oske baad WALK/yah kisi kam mein bz raho
- phir agar dil chahay to koi thora bohot FRUIT khao.
- Aur agar baad mein phir bhook lagay to AALU ki CHIPS ghar mein
bana kar khao+saath koi DRINK/SPRITE/7UP/TEAM piyo.{Pepsi/Coke,ka use
kam karna}
- phir Asar ki namaz ke baad GYM jao aik galas(SHEZAN ALL PURE"Tropical"ya koi Fresh&Pure fruit )Juice pi kar
- GYM ke baad (BANANA+MANGO/APPLE mix Milk Shake Piyo {baraf sirf garmi ke dino mein} dal kar
- Oske baad Walk karo
- Raat ka khana (Chawal/Roti+koi sabzi)raat ko zara kam khana
aur Brother khanay mein LAAL MIRCH aur tez MASALA JAAT ka istemal na
karna ya phir bohot he kam karna...LAAL MIRCH ki jaga KAALI MIRCH peesi
hui ka istemal kar saktay ho....

Brother agar aisa karoge tu GAURANTIED fat hasil karlo ge...
meri age 25 hai aur mera wieght bhi 55kg tha...laikin 6 maheenay ke baad ALHAMDULILAH mera weight ab 75kg ho gia hai
yaad rakho koi bhi medicine use na karna,GYM janay se tumko bhook lagna
shoru ho jaye gi.....aur jab bhi bhuk lagay....kuch HEALTHY khatay rehna
aur yaad rakhna..............
- kisi bhi boori sohbat se bachna lazmi hai,(NO movies/NO sex talk/NO Musht zani)
- No wieight GAINING MEDICINE.
aur brother.......result milne par mujhe zaroor batana....

i want 2 gain weight salam sir mri age 22 hai aur height 5'10 hai aur mera weight 55 k kareb hai. mai apna weight gain karna chata hon mera khana pena b normal hai zia da nai khaya jata 1 ya 1n haf roti kahata hon mai buht pareshan hon na bhook barh rahi hai itne dr. ko dikhya unho ne kha apka liver khrab hai jbi dubly ho 4to5 months elaj b karwaya bt kuch b nai hua kia koi food supliment use karskta hon?? koi to hal hoga plzz plzz help me sb fruits drinks use karta hon bt kuch ni hota mera confidence lose hota jara hai day by day plzz rep me thnk u

mry age 23 hat.men ne bht musht zani ki.bht ziada.ab bht kamzor ho gya hun,gaal pichk gaye hen.jb b koi shewat wali chez dkhta hn to leekage start ho jati hay.koi medicine suggest kren,ta k is leakage se nijat milay.is leakage ki waja se aur kamzori hoti ja rhy hay.penis dheela par gya hay blkul. please suggest.

Kamjori solution Brother aapki leakage rokne ka sabse ashaan tarika ye h. 5 waqt ki namaz ada kro. Jab aap 5 waqt ki namaz padhne ki koshish kroge aur paak rehne ki kosish kroge, zina, behaya, bepardhgi ko dil se bura maanna suru kro. Aur Insa Allah faraq dekho..
