 What Is The Treatment Of Plaque In Teeth?
Teeths main plag aur reshae ka koi proper ilaj hai ka es sai nijaat mil sakaye mai na sona hai ka plug dentist sai remove ho sakta hai lakin es ki cost bahat ziyada hoti hai aur masore sensitive ho jate hai.

Treatment Of Plaque 1-Maintain your balanced and healthy diet.
2-Brush teeth gently with a soft-bristle toothbrush after every meal and the toothpaste should contain fluoride.
3-Floss gently at least twice a day. This is important to prevent gum disease.
4-Have regular dental checkup. |

veer plaque usi kahte hai jo teeths main pehle yellow sa banta hai aur phir sakht ho jata hai.
dia jaha tak mai na sona hai ka agar plaque lag jaye toa woai remove ni hota aur phir mai 3 time brush kerti hon lakin koi farq ni perhta kyon ka plaque abh jam chuka hai
mera dosra sawal RAISHA ke problem ka bare mai hai doctor plz es ka bare mai bi bataye ka es ka proper treatment available hai ya ni aur kia es ki medicine sai raisha under hi jal jata hai |

teeth ka peela pan aak kami ki waja se hota hai.vitamins ki kami bhi ho sakti hai ya phir Calcium ki waja se ho sakta hai.mardo ke sath esi problem zaida smooking ki wajs se hoti hai.aap es k liye kisi dental ke doctor se consult kare.
balgum ki problem bhi itni bari nehin hai woh medicines se bhut khatam kiya ja sakta hai os ke liye bhi aap doctor se consult kare.kyun ke yahan medicine batana allowed nehin. |

re: dental plaque aap ko mashwarah hai keh aap kisi dentist se consult kare, woh scaling ke zaria plaque nikal de ge. iss ke baad aap ko proper cleaning karte rehna ho ga tu jaldi plaque nahi bane ga.
Pakistan maiscaling Rs. 500-2500 tak mai ho jaata hai. scaling mai asal khial rakhne wali baat yeh hai keh instrument properly sterlised ho.
aap ke sawal ka ziadah behtar jawab aik dentist hi de sakte hai. lehaza aap ko yahi mashwarah hai keh kisi dentist se consult kare.

if u believe in Tibbay nabwi saw than miswak ur teeth with peelu. din main panch martabah wazoo say qabal achi tarah peelu ki miswaak kariN. (miswaak k baad koi see bhi tooth paste say brush bhi ki jasakti hai, agar brush karna laazmi ho) ... hamaray aik azeez ko canada maiN qayaam k dauraan dantouN maiN problems howee, wahaaN k dentist ko dekhayaa to onhou nay batlayaa k iska koi elaaj nahi hosaktaa. aap ko daaNt nikalwana paRega.... mausoof khud medical field say wabistah haiN. onhouN nay daant nikalwanay ki bajaaye kaheeN say peelu ki miswaak mangwaayee aur aik maah tak miswaak ki. daaNt ki prob khatam howi to dobarah ossi dentist ko dekhayaa to woh bara hairaan howaa. yeh sun kar mazeed hairaan howaa k mausoof nay koi treatment karwanay ki bajaaye miswaak kartay rahay...
aap bhi try karkay dekh laiN... waisay dentist agar elaaj bataye to saath elaaj bhi jari rakhaiN. islam elaj karwanay ko encourage karta hai... but qudrati elaaj ko bhi zaroor aazmaanaa chaahiyeh. |

ma 3 month pehle chut se gira tha.or samne wale 3 dant darmeyan se toot gayo the.ab 1 month se bhot dard hota he.koi b thundi ya garm cheez khata hon to bhot dard hota he.or waise b hota rehta he.koch doctor ne kaha k dant nikalwne prein ge.or koch doctors ne kaha.dant na nikawana nazar chali jaye gi.ma bhot preshan hon.ap btain ma kia kron.ager dant nikawata hon to nazar jane ka dar he.kio dawai he to bta dein plz.

 Pain in Tooth
Can any body tell me the any pain killer or any suitable tablet for immediate relief from pain.
because appoitment with doctor for checkup is after 2days. and i want to relax from this pain till that time.
