nipples problem Hard nipples are not a deformity or disease that can be corrected by medicines or exercises. Its normal that during sexual excitement, the nipples get erect position. Also if there is no pain, discharge or deformity in the nipples then they are normal. ur friend don't need to worry about them at all. There is no effect of hard nipples on the marital life and its not the sign of loss of virginity. so, ask ur friend to be relax and don't do these kind of activities in future. breast size or nipples donot get increased by these exercises. |
