please answer
first of all i cant make a new thread where i can post my question Anyway letme begin. i started masterbatin when i was 15,, do 4 to 5 times a day then after a year or two, i left it because of guilt that i was doing somthing worng. not totally left it, sometime i do it in 6 months but i left that habbit slowly now after its been 10 years and i totally depends on my nightfalls. after 2 years i materbated last week and from then i am deeply in tension i did masterbate just to check that everything is ok down there because my engagement is due in 2 months. But last week i masterbated endein in 4 strokes also iam very upset because my dick dont go hard as it use to be like 2 years ago. I have try again to hard it many times now from last week but the result is same its not getting hard in the fullist postion and i now iam a ejectulating within 3 to 4 strokes Please guide me what should i do now... tell me any doctor that i should go and see m in karachi btw. also 2 one more thing i started my office 2 years ago and i kinda gain 30-45 pounds in this time also no excersice because i do a 10 to 14 hour shift.
