Pain During Stool: Why I Feel Pain?

hello Sir,  i have question, actually i feel some pain while passing stool, it happens not so often but it does and its like on the right side of anus and it feels like a scar in anus but there is'nt any wound or scar so wat could be the problem. i don't have any problem of constipetion.

well i was having a problem of fistula and i'm getting its treatment from a homeopethic doc actually i did consult my family doc n he said its better to consult a gud homeo doc rather than a physician coz if u get a surgery for fistula n it may not be succeed than fistual can come back again so i personally suggest u to get the treatment from a homeo doc. so i'm getting it for last 3months n Alhumdulillah i'm better than before but in fistula it used to be a typical problem which is ok now then why i'm facing that pain now ? yani ke fistula mein tou pahle dana sa nikal ata tha aik uss mein se liquid nikalta tha kuch din baad theek ho jata tha lakin abh tou aisa kuch nahi hai tou phir kyun pain hoti hai mujhe stool pass kerte waye ? plz temme ?
