Pain: Why I Feel Pain? From your question, three problems
could be evaluated:
1.
You have or did have Peptic ulcer
2.
You have or did have hemorrhoids
3.
You have constipation
Blood in stool could be due to
several reasons, and for the diagnostic approach, history and examination is
very important. You have to tell whether your stool was mixed with blood or
there have been streaks of blood on hard stools? Whether blood was fresh or
coffee ground? Whether you felt pain while passing stool or not? If you still
feel that you have ulcer then endoscopy should be done in order to diagnose the
presence of ulcer. The treatment of ulcer if present would be then accordingly.
Remember, constipation is the major
cause of hemorrhoids and they may again develop if constipation would not be
overcome. You should take meals at the right time, and should take fibrous
food. Avoid taking more rice. Anti-constipation agents could also be helpful in
your case.
