My another question to you and for general discussion is that "Shaadi k baad mein ne aksar dekha he k Mard ka pet bahir nikal jata he aur amooman mard mote ho jate he.

Please mujhe ye bata den k aisa kiyun hota he aur kis tarah pet bahir nikalne ko control kiya ja sakta he aur shaadi k baad apne motaape par bhi kese control kiya ja sakta he?

This issue is very common in married guys. according to doctors this can happen becuase of heredity. heredity means if ur father have same issue after marriage then it can happen to u to.

For controling ur abdominal size u must take care of ur diet and start morning running and must drink water more as u can.

The only reason could be the relaxation and satisfaction that is obtained after attaining marital status in life. A man doesn’t do strict control over his physique and diet. However; this is not necessary that the belly size will be increased. This is better to control over tummy size and takes care of diet even more than usual after getting married.
