2. sexual thoughts se semen ki quantity per koi ferk nai perta...lekin ye ek bura act hai...is se shadi k bad sexual life mein problem ho skti hai...is liye isey jitna ho sakey avoid kerna chahiye |

- Thoughts of sex will not reduce the quantity of semen and let me tell u one thing masturbation is the process which reduce it but it will get back normal in few time span. So dont worry semen quantity will not reduce untill unless any disease created.
