mujhe noor123 mat kehna

mai bhi yeh poochna chahti hoon ke cardio exercise kiya hoti hai, (magar plz mujhe noor123 mat kehna). kiya yeh cardiac patients ko karwai jati hai?

Cardiovascular Exercises are best in burning more calories and keeps you metabolism working thorugh out the day. These are the best cardio excercises and they should be perfomed for at least 15 minutes each. You can choose any two cardio exercises and do them for 15 minutes, or choose just 1 and do it for 30 minutes for at elast 4 times a week.

Step Aerobics, Running, Walking, Swimming, Bycycling, Rope skipping, Hiking, Spinning, Jogging.

In addition to that, if you go to gym, treadmills, ellipticals (cross ramps), bikes, staircases, all machines that provide you the environemnt of walking, running, jogging and hiking comes in the category of cardio.

Exercise: What Is Cardio-exercise?

In a nutshell, this is the exercise used to make heart to stronger so that it could pump the blood effectively to the different parts of the body. The best exercises are done in a Rehabilitation center for those patients who have certain heart problems or undergone Bypass surgery recently. In a cardiac rehabilitation centre, tredmill is used for brisk walking. To make the heart stronger, however; going to a rehabilitation centre is not mandatory. Brisk walking, jogging or certain other aerobic exercises would also come in this category that could be done in a home or in a park.
