pregnant honay k baad kon si cheezain nahi khani chahiye ? mai nay suna hai k garam diet nahi rakhni chahiye ?

Try to eat food more than 3 times but not much each time. Try to drink milk twice a day. Fruits, vegitables, chicken, eggs and water as much u can and fresh juices and coconut...

Dont use coffee, tea, cigaratte, alcohol. there is no need to stop garam diet.

aap regular diet hi istimaal kero aur CAFFAINE say koshish kero kay avoid kero kayounkay yah bachay kay liay koi itni achi nahi hoti, waisay mairi doctor nay bataya tha kay aik cup tea pi ja sakti hay her roze.

   Iss kay ilawa aik baat zahen main rakho kay jo loag kahtay hain kay pregnant aurat 2 logoun kay liay khayay, yah galat hay.  Bachay ko sirf 300 kay areeb kareeb calories chahyain hoti hain, yani maan jitna khati hay uss ka aathwaan hisa.  Lahaza jitna khati ho aap uss say zera sa ziada khalo bas.  Doodh aur dahi zaroor istimaal kero kam az kam 2 cup her roze, iss kay ilawa anda ager khaya jata hay tu kahou aur her tara ki sabzi aur fruit shamil rakho.  Kosish kero kay RED color ki sabzi aur fruits jaisay carrots, tmater, chukandir, aaru, aur issi tara kay red colored stuff rozana aik cup main jitna motay motay pieces kaat ker bher saktay hain itna tu zaroor kaat ker khau takay ANIMIA yani khoon ki kammi na ho. 

kaam kaaj pahlay 3 months main halka phulka hi kero takay MISCARRIAGE ka khatra na ho, aur apnay aap ko depression say bachao.

and another most important thing is that k WATER ziada se ziada piya kero....atleat 8-10 glasses in a day....werna dehydration ho jata hai aur is se preterm labor/ premature labor ka khatra ho jata hai

so water ziada se ziada peena chahiye
