Body Weight: Please Give Me Diet Chart For It?

Dear Doctor,

A.O.A

I always pray for your good health,this is my first time that i am going to ask you a question,i want to reduce my weight,My age is 29,male,height 5,10" and my weight is 110 K.G,so i want to reduce my weight.please tell me some good exercise and if you can please provide some diet chart or some thing.i will be grate full to you.

over weight ka ilaj sirf diet se nahi hota. pehle aap kisi doctor se apna medical check up karai takeh pata chale keh aap ke over weight ki asal wajah kia hai. phir os asal wajah ko door kerne ki koshish kare aap ka weight normal ho jaaye ga.

Body Weight: Please Give Me Diet Chart For It?

You weight is too much and therefore it is needed to reduce the weight. Your required kilocalories per day are approximately 3025 and hence you should take as much as less calories as possible. Following could be helpful for you:

```       Avoid Eggs, butter, dairy items, bakery items, sweet disches, oily meals etc

```       Don’t take fast food and potato items

```       In order to fill your stomach take banana (3-4 per day), apple (3-4 per day) salad and cucumber as much as possible

```       Chicken once in a week

```       Cabbage and carrot 3-4 times a week

```       One Glass of skimmed milk per day

```       One papaya atleast one per day

```       One or two tomato per day

You are also required to perform jogging and brisk walking as much as possible. Medical checkup if done for explained obesity then it would be worth while.
